winter wonderland

We got a foot of fresh snow on a friday. It was so fun to drive in and gave us a winter wonderland. I was hoping Saturday would be nice to sled. It was the most beautiful day yet. Blue skies, perfect for hiking up our road and going sledding. It was not even 20 degrees outside but we have learned to adjust to that. You have to take advantage of a sunny day here!!
Carter jumped into the snow with me

Snow Wrestling

Walking up our road to get to our sledding hill. We were so excited to see this much snow. We did not get this much last year. Aaron has taken full advantage of his new ATV with a snowplow to take care of our driveway and others around us.

Happy Boy who gets to be pulled by the sled and doesn't have to walk up like the rest of us!

Lazy Sunday

Yes. this is a dog. We are letting his winter coat take over so he will be warm during the montana winters. You can just call him RASTA GUS. And no, he can't see to well these days.
My happy boy.. He is so fun and full of life. He can always produce the biggest smile.

Beautiful Golden Retriever Oakley. He is only a year and a half and we love him. Great watch dog for us when the bear comes around.

OLD TREE

TREE CLIMBING 101...
up above our house there are lots of cool trees just waiting for us to climb. We took a walk on a sunday afternoon and we all took a turn climbing this tree. I love BOYS... They will try anything. Some more willing then others :)

Breathtaking

PLEASE VISIT US TO SEE GLACIER NATIONAL PARK. It is a place you cannot miss in your lifetime. It is absolutely incredible no matter what time of year you come. This was my first Fall in Glacier, it was breathtaking. PLEASE COME SEE A PIECE OF HEAVEN.

Fall in Glacier

Zach found water trickling off a rock wall as we were hiking and had to check it out.
Beautiful green blue water that was so enticing we almost jumped in untill we realized it was only fifty degrees outside. Throwing sticks and rocks in would have to do untill summer.

Carter loves to be photographed but always manages to make a face. After this photo he took to rock climbing and we watched as we held our breath untill he made it to the top and back again.

Hiking along the ledge atop Glacier National Park at Logan Pass. Boys were throwing rocks off the ledge untill I realized there were cars below! Luckily their arms couldn't launch the rocks far enough to hit one.
